Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.: 526817) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree in tertiary institution(s). They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and high proficiency in MS Office applications (especially in Excel). They should also have good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills; the ability to multitask and work independently; and be self-motivated.
The appointee will be responsible for working closely with a customer relations team for the Admissions Office. He/She will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the office's response to enquiries made throughout the admissions cycle, including enquiries from prospective students, current applicants, and offer-made students, etc. The appointee will also be involved in the operation of admissions for undergraduate and taught postgraduate students. The appointee may have to work on weekends or outside regular office hours in special circumstances and perform any other duties as assigned by the Director.
