 About the Position

The Faculty of Law seeks to appoint an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide administrative support to the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Law and other members of the Faculty Executive team.

 The EA works under the direction of the Executive Dean but is often required to work autonomously in maintaining an efficient and well organised Executive Office, communicating with stakeholders, and providing business support in an environment where confidentiality, responsiveness, courtesy and flexibility are essential.

About the person

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an executive support position and excellent written and oral communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. 
  • The capacity to work autonomously in a busy environment, with a high level of attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • The ability to meet deadlines without compromising standards of service and quality and experience in exercising professional judgment, including resolving issues with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $66,517.31 per annum, plus 17.5% superannuation.
