Executive Assistant

Description

The Executive Assistant role is to provide dedicated personal and high level executive assistance support to the Chief Finance Officer and Associate Director of Finance.

You will be a key member of the Finance department in addition to working with the wider support team within the Vice Chancellor's office, contributing to the delivery and continuous development of a comprehensive, confidential and customer focused executive assistance support service, providing the first contact for internal and external customers to the Office.

You will be able to demonstrate that they meet all the essential criteria within the Knowledge, Education and Training and Experience elements in the attached job description. You will be highly dependable, be able to operate at a fast pace both independently as well as being able to work as part of a team and you will have a strong track record of operating within a similar role.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
