Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.: 524589) (to commence as soon as possible on a two- year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a good Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of work experience, an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; the ability to work independently with initiative; an outgoing personality; excellent organisational and communication skills; and be self-motivated. They should also have good time management skills and be able to work under pressure. Experience in image and video editing using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, AI, Premiere Pro) would be an advantage. Fresh university graduates with good writing skills will also be considered.
The appointee will provide support to the Admissions Office for the promotion of the University for undergraduate admissions in Hong Kong, overseas and Mainland China. The successful candidate is required to assist in content creation, manage website updates, maintain good relationships with students, liaise with other departments within the University, provide administrative support, and perform any other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work outside office hours and on weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
