About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Officer, you'll provide high-level executive support to the Executive Dean, Dean of Research, and General Manager. You'll manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and prepare essential documents for key meetings. As the primary point of contact for the leadership team, you'll ensure clear communication, maintain confidentiality, and keep operations running smoothly. You'll also organise events, manage records, and contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture.
