This position provides comprehensive, confidential personal assistance and executive secretarial support to members of the Senior Executive team. The position ensures the seamless continuity of operations across the office of the relevant executive leader.

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a track record for providing top-tier administrative and executive support to key stakeholders? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic legal services team as an Executive Assistant.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations for our executives, handling confidential matters with integrity and discretion.

Previous experience within the legal industry or educational sector is highly desired.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently manage executive leader's schedule, prioritise tasks, and accurately schedule appointments to optimise productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Screen and manage incoming phone calls, emails, mail, and visitors, promptly resolving or redirecting information requests as necessary.
  • Offer extensive administrative assistance by drafting correspondence, presentations, reports, briefing papers, meeting arrangements, agendas, and other relevant documents.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and itineraries, adhering to travel procedures.
  • Engage proactively with crucial internal and external stakeholders, spanning Executive Managers, EAs, industry leaders, and government representatives and their offices.
  • We are looking for someone with:

  • Considerable experience in delivering advanced administrative; or an equivalent experience and/or education/training.
  • Proven capacity to adeptly coordinate and oversee a diverse range of commitments, optimising time utilisation through proficient management of an electronic scheduling system.
  • High level of technological competence with prior experience in formatting and drafting documents using Word and Excel, as well as navigating through SharePoint, Webex and /or Teams.
  • Demonstrated organisation skill, adept at handling numerous and sometimes conflicting tasks with meticulous attention to detail while adhering to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding confidentiality and integrity across all operational spheres.
  • As this is a permanent position, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role to be considered. This position is based at our Curtin Bentley campus, candidates are expected to either be currently located in Perth, WA, or express a willingness to relocate. Please note: Relocation and sponsorship support will not be provided for this position.
