Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Engineering (Ref.: 526636) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two- year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree, with at least 1 year's clerical experience preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably fluency in Putonghua. They should also be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude; strong interpersonal, problem-solving and organisational skills; as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
The appointee will be assigned to assist in clerical/administrative works in undergraduate programme administration, including admissions, outreaching, new initiatives, student enrichment programmes, student affairs, and perform any other duties as assigned. Working shifts on Saturdays and Sundays may be required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
