Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Arts (Ref.: 525735) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree, preferably with 2 years of relevant work experience in the education sector. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage. They should also have good organizational and communication skills, and strong computer literacy skills. They must be self- motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently.
The appointee will provide administrative support to the Faculty's undergraduate admissions and related programmes. He/She is expected to handle marketing work, including social media promotion, prepare regular reports on admissions data, coordinate events and activities, liaise with prospective students and other stakeholders and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
