Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Department of Social Worker and Social Administration (Ref.: 524576) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary or a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. They should have a good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese Chinese, and IT proficiency in common computer applications. They must be a good team player, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, and have the ability to work independently.
The appointee will provide various administrative and research support to Professor Terry Lum's research teams, including budget management, financial reports, research staff recruitment, arranging meetings, and any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
