Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Department of Surgery, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 530045) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor's degree preferably with at least 1-2 years' working experience in the tertiary education sector. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage), good communication and organization skills, an appropriate level of IT competency, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. They should also be detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Fresh graduates with good academic background will also be considered.
The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the Surgical Skills Centre of the Department on planning and organising events, such as training workshops, seminars and conferences, and perform other duties as assigned.
