of this work-study employee is to make sure only those people who
correspond to the seminary library's access policy are admitted to the
Reading Room and to make sure only those people who qualify for lending

and Lending Policy are always available on one of the shelves of the metal
stand that supports the guest register at the entrance to the Seminary
Library. You must acquaint yourself with this policy statement and give a

cannot borrow library materials. But the Evening Circulation Worker must

also be sure to collect fines for over-due books, recordings or videos.
When checking books in or out, if you find the label with shelf number on

for over-due books, print out over-due notices, and notify patrons that
their inter-library loans have come in. You must also answer the phone in
the staff room. At about 9:50 PM you announce to patrons in the Reading
Room the library will close in ten minutes. After you have checked to see
that everyone has left the Reading Room, turn off the lights and lock the
door. Then do the same for the Staff Room.
