You'll bring your practical startup expertise and innovative educational design skills to support founders on their growth journey. As a key player in RMIT's commitment to entrepreneurial education and innovation, you'll balance educational excellence with hands-on startup development. Be part of a dynamic environment where you will inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and elevate RMIT's influence within the Victorian and global startup ecosystem.     To be successful in this position, you'll have:

  • Proven track record in founding, scaling, or leading startups, with demonstrable exits, fundraising success, or significant growth metrics.

  • Evidence of designing and delivering major startup pre-acceleration or scale up programs, with quantifiable participant success metrics.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with diverse partners including academics, industry experts, and regional stakeholders to co-design impactful learning experiences

  • Experience in helping businesses expand their operations, particularly in regional Victoria and international markets.
