About You As the Entrepreneurial & Innovation Program Lead at RMIT Activator, you will be passionately dedicated to nurturing founder talent and launching high- impact ventures. You will play a crucial role that drives pre-accelerator and accelerator programs, nurturing high-growth startups, and fostering an innovative and entrepreneurial culture across the university. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design and delivery of high-impact entrepreneurial programs, developing inclusive initiatives for diverse cohorts, collaborating with university departments and industry experts to enhance our offerings, and championing a participant-centric approach to meet the evolving needs of startups. Additionally, you will manage a philanthropic fund aimed at nurturing founder talent and driving impactful contributions to the ecosystem.
To be successful in this position, you'll have:
Demonstrated experience in entrepreneurial and startup environments.
Strong knowledge of lean and iterative product development principles.
Proven ability to facilitate dynamic learning experiences.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
