About the Job
Are you passionate about building strong networks and creating opportunities for students to thrive in the workforce? As an Employer Engagement Officer at the University of East London (UEL), you'll play a vital role in connecting our talented students and graduates with local, and national employers.
In this role, you'll develop and maintain relationships with employers, deliver impactful employability sessions, and plan engaging events and fairs. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our students gain the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to secure graduate-level employment, contributing to the success of UEL's ambitious career and employability agenda.
About You
You are a driven professional with experience in graduate recruitment or managing placement and work experience programmes. With excellent communication and networking skills, you thrive in creating and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, from senior managers to students and graduates. Your proven ability to meet challenging targets, coupled with your innovative approach to problem-solving, will ensure success in this fast-paced and rewarding role.
You'll also bring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to fostering equality and diversity in all that you do .
