Working as a member of Student Skills and Employability (SSE), you will provide high quality, efficient, flexible, and professional support primarily for employer engagement activities which strengthen links with external partners and the business community. Employer and external engagement activities enhance the reputation University of Stirling as a supplier of talent as well as creating employer links which support the University's objective of embedding work-related and work-based learning into all degree programmes.
As a key first point of contact, you will respond to enquiries from external organisations which relate to our employer engagement activities, triaging enquiries to the appropriate colleague and contact across the wider teams and institution. Your role will be crucial in establishing and supporting effective relationships with employers and external partners as well as students and internal colleagues.
You will provide a range of business support tasks including co-ordinating employer-facing communications and events, supporting administrative processes and providing administrative support to projects, maintaining information systems, whilst ensuring that a high-quality service is always provided.
You will report to the Head of Work Based Learning.

There may be occasional travel for training, business engagement and other projects and activities deemed appropriate by the Head of Work Based Learning as necessary for the role
