A CEU Oktatási-Szolgáltató Nonprofit Kft. pályázatot hirdet Karbantartási csoportvezető munkakör betöltésére.

Feladatok:

Épületek napi üzemeltetési, ellenőrzési feladatainak ellátása

Elektromos hibák elhárítása

Kisebb volumenű elektromos átalakítási munkák elvégzése

Elektromos karbantartások elvégzése karbantartási terv szerint

Ellenőrzi és vezeti a közmű fogyasztásmérők adatait

Kezeli és ellenőrzi az épületfelügyeleti rendszert (BMS)

Elvárások:

Szakirányú villamos szakirányú végzettség

Minimum 3 év épületüzemeltetési területen szerzett szakirányú tapasztalat (irodaház)

Jó problémamegoldó képesség

Alapfokú számítógép kezelői ismeretek (Excel, Word, Outlook stb.)

Pontos, precíz, megbízható munkavégzés

Az állás betöltéséhez előnyt jelent:

Épületfelügyeleti rendszer (Siemens) kezelői ismeret

Kivitelezésben szerzett tapasztalat
