As a key member of the HR team within the School of Clinical Medicine, you will be instrumental in embedding our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives across the Clinical School. Working closely with a broad range of stakeholders - from our departments and institutes to external partners on the Biomedical Campus - you will support the Senior EDI Coordinator in aligning EDI efforts with the School's and University's broader goals.
About the Role The EDI Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the EDI team, helping to promote a positive, inclusive culture across the School. This full-time position involves:
About You This role calls for an organised and proactive individual who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You will need excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to prioritise a varied workload. Familiarity with EDI practices or a background in HR is advantageous but not essential. This position will suit someone keen to make a difference and support strategic efforts towards a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
