Salary: Grade 5: £28,759 - £33,966 per annum with possible extension to £37,099

Are you someone that enjoys delivering excellent donor and customer care? Do you have a keen eye for detail, a can-do attitude, strong organisation skills, and a flair for creativity?

The Development and Alumni Engagement office is recruiting an enthusiastic Donor Relations Coordinator to join the Donor Relations team. The post holder will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team, coordinating high-level and imaginative stewardship activities for some of the world's most inspiring philanthropists. They will regularly liaise with major donors, prospects, alumni, and senior members of the University community.

This is an exciting time to be joining the University, with a new major fundraising campaign on the horizon. The role offers excellent career progression opportunities and the post holder will be able to work a mix of remote and on-site working.

About the Role

• To manage specific elements of the Donor Relations programme, including standalone projects and supporting several major donor events.

• To ensure that all gifts to the University of Oxford are stewarded appropriately and acknowledged promptly, and that donors receive meaningful thank you communications.

• To support the creation of new opportunities that enable Oxford's donors to deepen their engagement with the University.

• You are a self-motivated individual with excellent administration, project management, systems, and communication skills.

• You have a proven ability to deliver large and complex projects to an excellent standard.

• You are a natural people person and a supportive team player who enjoys forming positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
