An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lancaster Medical School within the Faculty of Health & Medicine, to support the operational running of the school. Due a period of rapid growth, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated person, with strong organisational skills, to take up the role of Divisional Officer which will add to our existing DO who works part-time. Working closely with the existing Divisional Officer and Head of Department, you will provide a high level of administrative support and be jointly responsible for the smooth running of the operations of Lancaster Medical School. You will be an active member of the Senior Professional Services team.

You will have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment and be able to manage a busy workload, to meet the demands of various stakeholders. You will be an excellent communicator and problem solver and be able to work effectively under minimal supervision and as a team.
