About the Role As a Dishwasher, you'll play an important role in taking care of our campus community. Working alongside dining services team members and student workers, you'll help create a clean, welcoming dining experience while supporting the day-to-day work that keeps our campus running. What You'll Do Wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, cookware, and food preparation equipment , returning items promptly to serving and storage areas. Operate dish room equipment safely and correctly while following established food safety and sanitation procedures. Keep the dish room clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready for daily operations. Monitor cleaning and sanitation supplies and ensure needed supplies are readily available. Help provide direction and support to student, on-call, and temporary employees working in the dish room. Identify and report equipment problems or breakdowns to Dining Services management. Work collaboratively with student employees, coworkers, and managers to support excellent service for the Concordia community.
