Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Facilities Management, the Director, Planning & Project Delivery provides future-oriented strategic and operational planning and leadership in the form of facilitation, best practice discussions, and needs assessment leading to comprehensive architectural, project management, and space management services to MRU in the renovation, repurposing, and new construction of buildings and grounds.

This role will oversee an eight person team including Capital Construction, Capital Renewal and Space Planning, and will work closely with the University Senior Leadership Group, external vendors, and contractors providing professional decision-making support, advice, and technical support in the form of architectural drawings, consultant reports, and industry best-practice recommendations.
