About the Role:
As the Director of Student Support and Safeguarding, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing a strategic vision for our student support and safeguarding activities. Leading both our Student Support Services and Student Policy and Safeguarding departments, this role offers a broad and impactful opportunity to forge meaningful relationships across the University. Your efforts will ensure our evolving student body receives outstanding support, tailored to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
Key to this role is staying abreast of new developments, including national policy changes related to student support, to keep us ahead of the curve. Your leadership skills will be vital, as we look for someone who can organise, motivate, and lead our team to new heights. Exceptional communication skills are also crucial, enabling you to be an effective advocate for Student Support and Safeguarding both internally and externally.
