About the Role As a Digital Partner (IT Products) , you'll drive the strategic development and delivery of digital solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and research outcomes for our staff and students. We have 3 x Digital Partner positions available on a full-time, permanent basis. Each position will focus on one of the three key pillars, collaborating with faculty and business leaders to develop tailored solutions.

As part of the DTS Products Senior Leadership team, you'll work with multidisciplinary delivery teams, including solution architects, developers, and business analysts, to execute a defined product roadmap that aligns with the University's strategic vision.

You will also:

  • Own and manage the product roadmap, defining priorities and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders across the University to identify opportunities and deliver impactful digital products.
  • Work closely with AWS, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise platforms to drive product innovation.
  • Oversee the execution of projects by guiding technical and functional teams, ensuring best-practice agile delivery.
  • Optimise the development process, manage risks, and ensure products meet high-quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within cross- functional teams.
  • About You

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a complex digital environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, cloud services, and enterprise digital platforms with relevant certifications.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with experience advising senior leadership and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Deep understanding of product strategy, Agile methodologies, UX principles, and commercial risks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams and drive results.
  • Experience in the higher education sector is highly advantageous.

  • Full working rights in Australia
  • On-site position, therefore successful candidates must currently be living and/or have confirmed relocation to Perth, WA.
  • Ability to work outside of normal working hours
