As a Digital Experience Manager in the digital experience team, you will lead a small team focused on user research, user experience and content design.
You'll help us solve operational and strategic challenges by putting users at the heart of our digital services and products.
You'll create and support connections across the university, offering user- focused advice to key stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
• leading a team of UX, data and content specialists
• working with stakeholders across the University to translate business needs into user-focused digital products
• providing research and analysis to support digital decision making
• ensuring content and design standards are met across our website
• advocating for user-centred digital design across the University
• providing technology support and strategic advice to our website editors and social media users
