We're looking for a highly versatile and motivated team player to join the
pan-University Foundations & Corporations (F&C) Development team in this key
administration role.
About the Role:
Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities, you will provide
vital administrative support to the Head of Development – Foundations and
Corporations and the F&C team in areas such as diary management, proposal
and report preparation, prospect management and research, gift
administration and event management.
Your role will also encompass tasks such as database entry, querying and
record management, drafting correspondence and briefing documents,
researching new prospects, organising travel arrangements and ad hoc
projects to support the Head of Development and wider team.
To Be Successful You'll Need:
Strong administrative, systems and interpersonal skills, excellent
interpersonal and written skills, attention to detail, and an ability to
multi-task and manage a varied workload are pivotal to the success of this
role.
You will be used to working with a number of stakeholders. Your role will
include working with fundraisers, administration teams, donors to the
University as well as senior academics.
With excellent communication skills, a flair for organisation and capable
of acting on your own initiative you will play a vital role in a busy
team.
Experience of Microsoft Office and CRM systems is vital.
