An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced VET leader to join the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Sciences as the Deputy Dean – VET. In this managerial role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality education and training products in a competitive environment, while ensuring compliance with vocational standards, financial sustainability, and quality requirements.
This position conceptualises, develops and oversees all aspects of the VET courses delivered by the School, including the management of staff and associated administrative responsibilities.
In addition to your expertise in vocational education, leadership, and management, you will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
