  • The Opportunity

    Join the Department of Medical Imaging and Radiation services as Departmental Administrative officer and work with us to support the various staff in the department.

    This position will provide a range of administrative, project and executive support services to the Head of Department and the senior school staff. This will include a range of activities such as supporting the delivery of core functions in relation to HR and Finance and the day-to-day operations of the department.

    We are seeking a candidate with a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and proven executive support experience with strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondence, reports and meeting minutes. Broad knowledge of university policies and procedures is also highly desirable.

    The School of Primary and Allied Health Care (SPAHC) is a leader in research, teaching, and service within the Faculty. SPAHC offers high-quality undergraduate and graduate programs, specialized professional coursework, and higher degrees by research. The School encompasses the Departments of Paramedicine, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work and Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences.
