This full-time role is available immediately on a fixed-term basis for 18 months. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly organised individual to join our Faculty Operations Team at the University of Exeter. This post will lead on administrative support to the Faculty specifically associated with Accelerating Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (ADA) academic recruitment via an ongoing recruitment campaign within the Faculty of Environment Science and Economy.
The successful candidate will support all the stages of employment for our colleagues in Professional Services and Faculties including recruitment, on boarding, all employment changes, payroll and pensions. The role also involves advising line managers and employees of policies and procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, producing correspondence and working as part of the team to manage HR related queries.
