We are looking to appoint an experienced individual to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the ILR (Individual Learner Record), including the monthly mandatory return to the Education and Skills Funding Agency, ESFA. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge and experience in the production and submission of this return, including data collection, data quality, ILR coding and production of the final file. The post holder will need to be able to form good working relationships with a range of both internal and external stakeholders and be committed to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes to the returns. The Data and Finance Officer will be the primary point of contact for employers who encounter difficulty or require assistance with their digital levy account.
