    About the Role

    Reporting to the Manager: Advancement Operations and Alumni Services, you will provide support for data functions in the Advancement Operations team including database management, data hygiene and data entry. You will undertake a range of administration activities and assist with the management of the Advancement Data inbox, responding to and resolving queries in a timely manner.

    Configuration and cleaning of data entry, running reports, interpreting data and queries as well as report writing and creating event dashboards is a main focus of this role.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Certificate in Business Administration (or similar) and/or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills in an administrative environment
  • Demonstrated experience working with databases, high level data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to understand data requirements using creativity and insights to prepare and write reports with data insights and analysis
  • Demonstrated advanced computing skills to enhance work effectiveness, including proficiency in the use of a variety of computer applications including relationship/ direct marketing databases
