About You
You thrive in promoting data-informed decision-making and utilise your strong stakeholder management skills to drive strategic and operational excellence. You are committed to identifying profound insights from your extraction, analysis and presentation of qualitative and quantitative data.
Your expert knowledge of business intelligence tools, such as Cognos, PowerBI and Tableau, allow you to apply interpretation and visualisation of core performance reports.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager: Data and Insights, the Data and Insights Analyst provides oversight, specialised guidance and technical expertise in supporting the Unit's contributions to University-wide corporate performance reporting, data analytics, reviews and improvement initiatives. Some of the major activities the position performs are contributing to the development and deployment of corporate performance reporting resources, business intelligence tools, market and competitor analysis and environmental scanning.
This position and the specific work is required to support the merger through identification of relevant data sources, analysis and input into various projects.
The position also supports broader Business Intelligence and Planning activities and projects along with the deployment of Business Intelligence- related training resources.
