Summary of Function: Grant Funded. Provides administrative and data management support for the Manufacturing Business and Automation Accelerator (MBAA) program by overseeing participant intake, case management, data collection, and performance tracking through the program's management information system. Typical Duties: Serves Students. Manages all participant intake, tracking, and program data collection using the MBAA management information system. Builds and maintains the MBAA participant management information system (MIS) intake portal, case management module, outcome tracking dashboards, and Small Business Administration (SBA)-compliant data export tools. Performs data entry and quality assurance activities to maintain accurate program records. Supports outcome tracking, performance measurement, and program evaluation efforts; and prepares data analyses, reports, and supporting exhibits for Small Business Administration (SBA) quarterly reporting requirements. Supports and participates in strategic planning initiatives, and performs other duties as assigned.
