Job Reference: 1208237 About The Role: This role is crucial in supporting Curtin University's online unit and teaching evaluations, along with other market and institutional research and survey activities. The incumbent will handle administrative tasks related to these areas, such as collecting, organising, and analysing data. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when interpreting data to support business outcomes and decision-making. To manage data sources effectively, it is important to:

  • Use appropriate techniques to link, integrate, or extract information from data sources.
  • Find relationships, patterns, and trends in data.
  • Use database management tools to investigate problems, collect statistics, and make reports.
  • Create reports that match project priorities or area activities.
  • Share data in formats that fit the audience, like tables and charts.
  • Update and keep current datasets.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff and key stakeholders.
  • As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
