Cyber Range Lab Support – Academic Affairs
Primary goal technical lab operations, student support, help preparing some reports that will contribute to the Cyber Range’s mission.
Duties and Responsibilities
Daily tasks: lab setup, system monitoring, opening a technical troubleshooting ticket with ITS, assisting faculty and preparing reports in MS-Office.
Sometime expected to provide event support (e.g., competitions, workshops, guest lectures)

Minimum Qualifications
Student must be enrolled in 3rd/4th year of Undergraduate Program OR Graduate Program in any major.
Excellent communication, ability to work independently.
This position requires a high level of professionalism and high level of confidentiality.

$17.00/hr
