  • About the Role Swinburne University of Technology is seeking a skilled and dynamic Cyber Delivery Lead to join our Cyber Resilience Program. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, delivery, and management of key projects, ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, budget, and schedule.

    As a Cyber Delivery Lead, you will provide project management leadership, collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution. You will draft business cases, manage project risks, and ensure governance compliance, all while maintaining clear communication and fostering strong relationships with subject matter experts, IT professionals, and other key players.

    Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing project delivery from business case approval to final execution. • Managing all aspects of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk). • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, resource needs, cost estimates, and schedules. • Leading a cross-functional team to achieve project goals and deliver results. • Ensuring project documentation is accurate and aligned with governance standards.

    About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: • Extensive and broad Program + Project Management experience across all areas of organisational change including significant IT projects. • Experience in a large-scale project environment. • Experience in Project Strategy development. • Expertise in project management approaches, tools (including proficiency in MS Project) and phases of the project lifecycle. • Demonstrated capacity to develop strategy and translate strategy into measurable plans, and performance expectations, with execution achieving results. • Well-developed interpersonal skills and influencing skills including the ability to develop effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders and staff from different levels within the organisation.

    Qualifications • A postgraduate level qualification in a relevant discipline and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. • Relevant Project Management qualifications.
