About the Role Join Swinburne University of Technology as the Cybersecurity Communication and Change Manager, where you will lead the charge in driving behavioral, cultural, and process change to enhance cybersecurity practices across the institution. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments and the Cyber Resilience Program to elevate cyber knowledge among students and staff. We are seeking a dynamic communicator who can influence change effectively and support the universitys cybersecurity initiatives. As a key ambassador for cybersecurity awareness, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practices and controls. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, along with expertise in visual communication design. Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer and working closely with the Cybersecurity Resilience Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving cybersecurity education and change management efforts.
