About the position
The role of the Customer Account Coordinator involves managing project and account delivery for new business opportunities generated by the team, ensuring our valued customers keep coming back. You will oversee short stay bookings, coordinate catering services, and manage external functions using a casual staff roster. While there are established processes to assist you, we always welcome innovative ideas that can help the team scale.
The Customer Account Coordinator should possess strong critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving and remain calm under the pressure of multiple client demands. As a confident and effective communicator, you'll need to collaborate well with university stakeholders and delivery suppliers. Being highly organised is crucial for meeting the daily demands of the role, but equally important is a warm, friendly, and collaborative demeanor, as you'll be joining a high-performing team culture
