This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.

As part of the Marketing team, reporting the CRM Manager, you'll be working within our CRM Team alongside one other CRM Officer to deliver a range of marketing activity via our CRM (Azorus) to support student recruitment.

The role involves delivering marketing activity within the CRM including sending tailored, engaging and impactful emails to prospective students, setting up events and forms in the CRM and producing reports on CRM activity.

To succeed in the role you will have excellent experience of using a CRM (or similar system), as well as experience of email marketing including best practice, delivering campaigns and reporting on analytics. You will be technically minded with excellent attention to detail, with a good knowledge of data management and GDPR, and advanced excel skills. You'll need to be a communicative and collaborative team player, with a drive to continuously learn and improve, as well as good problem-solver. As part of the Marketing Team you will help out at open days as required.
