About the Job

As a CRM & Conversion Officer, you will play a vital role in engaging prospective students and guiding them through their journey to enrolment. Reporting to the CRM & Conversion Manager and collaborating with two other officers, you will develop and implement automated email and SMS campaigns that encourage student engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Copywriting & Campaign Development – Crafting compelling, engaging communications.
  • CRM & Data Management – Utilising MS Dynamics to segment audiences and ensure accurate, targeted messaging.
  • Quality Control – Testing and proofing communications to maintain high standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Working effectively within a close-knit team to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement – Evaluating campaign performance to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • About You

    You are both creative and analytical, able to anticipate prospective students' needs and craft communications that drive engagement. A quick learner, you are comfortable working with CRM systems (ideally MS Dynamics) and thrive in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

    You'll bring:

  • Excellent copywriting skills – Ability to create persuasive, audience- focused content.
  • CRM experience – Knowledge of CRM systems, with a preference for MS Dynamics.
  • Strong attention to detail – Ensuring accuracy in both messaging and audience segmentation.
  • Collaboration skills – Ability to work efficiently within a team and communicate effectively.
  • A proactive attitude – Constantly evaluating and refining campaigns for maximum impact.
