Macquarie University is searching for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to develop and manage ‘whole of university' strategic partnerships with industry. This is a new opportunity within the Macquarie Partnerships team, to complement a recently recruited duplicate position.

• Salary from $119,056 - $132,475 (HEW Level 8), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading. • Full time, continuing position. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde. • High performing team. Hybrid working arrangement available.

The Partnerships Manager (PM) will identify, develop and manage strategic partnership initiatives with external organisations - including Macquarie Innovation Park District (MPID) and beyond. These partnerships will advance Macquarie University's Partnerships and Engagement Strategy with a focus on fostering long-term, strategic partnerships that include (but are not limited to) education and employability (E&E) outcomes.

The PM will work closely with assigned Macquarie faculties (across the four Macquarie academic faculties), and centrally resourced professional services teams, to provide strategic support for engagement and partnership opportunities with external organisations and government agencies.

This role sits within the Corporate Engagement and Partnerships arm of the Macquarie Partnerships team and will report to the MPID Partnerships and Engagement Manager. It will work closely with other Partnership Managers, the broader Macquarie Partnerships team, and academic and professional service colleagues.

The PMs are critical to shaping and delivering a professional ‘whole of university' approach to engagement and partnering and seek to foster multi- disciplinary, multi-faceted strategic partnerships for Macquarie Univeristy, across research, academic and corporate avenues – working with external industry organisations and government agencies.

The Macquarie Partnerships Team acts as the professional and centralised concierge service for industry engagement and partnering at Macquarie University, servicing internal and external stakeholders, and ultimately contributing to a streamlined, professional and simplified engagement and partnerships function for the University.
