About the position
Reporting to the Manager Admissions, the incumbent, will be considered the operating expert for all online and partner processes and systems. In relation to the larger admissions and short course operations for all cohorts, both domestic and international, the job helps coordinate administrative duties and workflows.
The Coordinator is responsible for working closely with peers and across teams to ensure a consistent approach to customer service delivery and consistent application of transactional activities and associated procedures. This includes the responsibility for reporting activities, quality assurance, continuous development and collaborative knowledge sharing practices. The role will also assist in managing workflow and prioritisation of day to day activities across team members.
