We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to assume this key position within the Learning Analytics team.

    You will be responsible for coordinating key activities, including survey administration, data analysis and reporting, and supporting the delivery of digital projects through consultation and training. You will be supported by the Manager (Learning Analytics) and have supervisory responsibilities over the Evaluations Officer, including documenting conversations and professional development plans in the Performance Enhancement Program (PEP) system.

  • Position Requirements
  • A relevant degree with experience, or an equivalent combination of extensive experience with other education/training experiences.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data, applying data analysis techniques and an ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
  • Understanding of survey methodologies and administration practices.
  • Experience with project management, documentation, and delivery of digital data products; this position is non-technical but will involve working closely with Business Intelligence and IT teams.
  • Outstanding oral, written and online communication skills, with the ability to develop training and conduct consultation sessions.
