PRIMARY DETAIL

The Coordinator, Fitness Services will develop and deliver engaging health and fitness offerings for members and guests, and coordinate the fitness services team to ensure a high quality customer service.

THE ROLE

  • Coordinate the design and delivery of MUSAC's fitness services by managing the life cycle of all health and fitness products, programs, and services.

  • Review and identify areas for operational and process improvements to maximise MUSAC's fitness services, program utilisation, and member retention.

  • Manage recruitment and coordinate staff resourcing across MUSAC's fitness services to meet the operational needs of the business.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with staff and members to promote an inclusive and welcoming environment across all fitness service offerings.

  • Your skills & experience:

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and managing a range of health and fitness programs and services in a commercial environment.

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness

  • First Aid Certificate with CPR

  • NSW Working with Children Check

  • Exercise Professional Registration

  • Minimum of 8hrs/week of direct service within the Health Club.

  • Work hours will vary from time to time by agreement including mornings, evenings and weekends. Is adequately trained and able to cover group fitness classes as well as Health Club floor shifts, as required.
