The Digital Services Directorate is seeking a motivated person to provide a range of general administrative support across our management teams.
You will provide a first point of contact for our staff and students and use your knowledge to triage and resolve a range of customer service requests. You will also undertake financial processes including organising the payment of monthly expense, generating reports, checking and preparing journals and maintaining data integrity. Your role will also involve the allocation and purchase of mobile devices for CQUniversity staff. You are a true professional and enjoy working as a team and using your initiative to provide solutions to others.
