About the Role
Reporting to the Deputy Director: Ehrenberg-Bass Institute, as the Contract Research and Commercial Systems Manager, you will facilitate and manage the commercialisation of new contract research opportunities. Through your assessment of research product proposals, you will develop, enhance, and oversee quality control processes for distinctive assets, laws of growth and category entry points, ensuring thorough contractual review before project initiation.
This position has responsibility for a multi-million-dollar income stream.
The Contract Research and Commercial Systems Manager will collaborate with the Deputy Director to ensure sustained organisational growth, in strategic planning, by providing high-level reporting and critical comment.
About the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science Unit
The Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science is an internationally renowned centre for research in marketing. The Institute's research is sponsored by leading international companies such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Mars, Mondelez, Colgate-Palmolive and many others. The Institute also conducts a substantial amount of contract research for industry, including qualitative work, internet surveys and statistical modelling, and regularly wins large government grants. The Institute is the brand for all marketing research conducted by UniSA Business, and the Institute's research streams are run by academic staff from across UniSA Business and a select group of international adjunct academics.
