About You The Continuous Improvement Analyst will be responsible for working with stakeholders in the R&I Portfolio and other business units to assess end to end processes, map them when required, and find optimised solutions for implementation. The Analyst will have a passion for improving ways of working with the view to enhancing both the professional staff and researcher experience. Additionally, this role will support the delivery of initiatives within the R&I portfolio including any planning and reporting requirements to ensure a transparent process. The Continuous Improvement Analyst will produce business requirements, process documentation and workflows, knowledge articles, risk assessments and presentation packs.
