The Opportunity
Join our team at one of Australia's leading academic libraries. Become a key contributor to the development, delivery and continuous improvement of high- quality user-focused library services for Monash students, researchers, staff and university stakeholders.
Bring your wide range of specialist knowledge, technical skills and practical experience to improve the end-to-end user journey, and work to make it easier for our users to understand our services and access what they need.
In this role you will align your work with the Library's strategic plan and the Service Design and Communications operational goals, drawing on best practice content design and UX principles to develop and implement our Content Strategy.
Using your project management and collaborative skills to best effect, you will deliver holistic and integrated content solutions across a range of channels, and write clear, accessible copy that meets Monash's brand and style guidelines.
You will also conduct UX research activities to discover opportunities for innovation and enhancement of services, undertake the design, development and evaluation of digital/non-digital solutions and coordinate our central repository of UX research.
