    About the Role

    Reporting to the Senior Consultant: Organisational Development, you will be a key member of the People and Organisational Development (POD) team, and directly contribute to the delivery of our people strategy through comprehensive Organisational Development (OD) initiatives. You will partner with people from across the University and increase organisational capability in areas including organisational culture, leadership development, coaching and change management.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (i.e. Human Resources, Psychology) and extensive relevant work experience
  • Experience in developing and/or implementing organisational development strategies and initiatives (ideally within a large, multi-faceted organisation) including building leadership capability, organisational culture, coaching and change support
  • Experience in using appropriate tools to measure and strengthen the health of an organisation, including experience in developing and implementing organisational development interventions at individual, team, and organisational level
  • Well developed data analysis and data interpretation skills, and an advanced ability to prepare and present analytical and strategic reports
  • Coaching and facilitation skills, evidenced through interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively engage and influence staff and leaders at various levels within and organisation
