This role will be based our university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
The International HR team is responsible for ensuring the University of Leeds meets the compliance duties set out in UK immigration legislation to maintain our sponsor licence. Our team collaboratively creates policies to ensure compliance and acts as the key contact for colleagues across the University with queries or issues in this subject.
You will join a positive, friendly and effective team with a challenging and varied workload. You will need expert administration skills, decision making skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and team working skills. The post involves working with a range of staff from all areas of the University. You will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, be confident in the use of Excel, as well as the ability to prioritise your own workload and have highly developed organisational, administrative and customer focused service skills.
