Use your attention to detail to ensure students meet requirements to graduate Enjoy the celebrations as students complete their course requirements Join our close knit, fun and collaborative team The Role Fixed-Term, Full Time (Up Until December 2024) Level 5 - $77,142 to $84,218 (plus 17% superannuation) Wagga Wagga The Completion Officer will provide high quality course completion advice and support to our students, faculty, divisional and partner staff. These processes and activities include partner, faculty and divisional engagement, management of the course requirement completion, monitoring graduation eligibility, creation and distribution of graduation documentation, course completion support to domestic, international and partner students and graduation ceremony support. All of this will be delivered within a client focused culture that provides a seamless, efficient, and timely experience. This position may also require the ability to travel to our regional campuses to support graduation ceremonies from April to June 2024. To be successful you will have: Tertiary level qualification with subsequent relevant work experience and/or equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with an ability to establish rapport and liaise effectively across a diverse range of client groups. A strong client focus with the ability to identify and analyse client needs in a high volume, outcomes based service environment. Demonstrated ability to provide advice consistent with University policy and other regulatory frameworks, and resolve client problems to enhance the student experience.
